    Our applications department obtains income verification, rental history verification, nationwide eviction filing search, comprehensive nationwide criminal background report, and a comprehensive credit report and history.

  • How do I get paid?

    We encourage all our tenants to get set up on ACH. This allows us to automatically pull rent from their account and deposit your rental income into the account of your choice each month.
