I’m Levi Green, Owner and CEO of Piper Management. I built this company with a vision to create a hands-on, relationship-driven property management firm that delivers real results for property owners.
At Piper Management, we specialize in leasing, property management, real estate investment, development, and property turnovers. What started as a local operation has continued to grow into a rapidly expanding portfolio of 200+ units across single-family homes, multifamily communities, commercial properties, apartments, and restaurants.
What separates us is not just the number of properties we manage, but the level of involvement and accountability we bring to every asset. I believe property management should be proactive, transparent, and built around protecting and growing an owner’s investment.
